These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nurture & Night ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Nurture & Night provides sleep support, education, guidance and consultancy services for parents and caregivers.
All advice and recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the client.
3. Not Medical Advice
Our services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or healthcare services.
Parents and caregivers should seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns affecting their child.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Inform us of any relevant medical conditions.
Use their own judgement when implementing recommendations.
Understand that outcomes may vary between children and families.
5. Payment
Payment must be made in full before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be updated from time to time.
6. Appointments and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Refunds
Due to the nature of personalised consultancy services, refunds are generally not available once services have commenced.
Requests for refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
8. Results Disclaimer
Every child and family is unique.
While we aim to provide effective support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, improvements in sleep, or results within a particular timeframe.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations will be treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may disclose information where required by law or where there is a safeguarding concern.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, guides, handouts, programmes and content provided by Nurture & Night remain our intellectual property.
These materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced or shared without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurture & Night shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue website content without notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
